Search for footprints outdoors in the mud, sand, or on sidewalks.
Think about the type of footprints they might be, such as raccoon paw prints or cat paw prints. Maybe they're bear paw prints or human footprints.
Write a mystery about the footprints, describing the type of animal who made the prints, where the critter was going, and other mysterious events about the creature and its mischievous activities.
